Nouveau: Initiation au sabrage et fondue
Vous avez toujours rêver de sabrer une bouteille de Perles des terrasses avec la vue sur le lac scintillant dans la nuit? Ce sera possible ce soir là au Domaine. L'événement est suivi d'une fondue conviviale. Tarif: 50.- qui comprend une bouteille 75cL, une dégustation de vins et une fondue.

À propos de l'événement
The Plan
You will have a vineyard and wine cellar introduction with the winemakers to learn about their work. Secondly each participant will receive 1 bottle of organic sparkling wine and have a sabering lesson from our guru with unsharpened sword, to learn the technique of opening bottles in this unconventional manner. This will be followed by a fondue dinner with local gruyere/vacherin cheeses, apéro snacks and artisanal sourdough bread.
What to wear
Wear sneakers or good walking shoes for the vineyard walk, and optional walk downhill to the train station. Clothing adapted to the weather as the walk and sabering are outdoors, dinner is indoors in the tasting room.
Arrival
Take a taxi to the vineyard, or arrive by train from Lausanne to Cully, and Xavier, the host will pick you up. if you would like a pick up, be sure to register in advance and write him a note.
